Today you only pay the $1,350 Onboarding Fee. Ongoing usage is entirely self-serve through pre-paid DPP Credits via the Top-Up Facility (Stripe; minimum top-up $250). Credits are a USD balance drawn down per use — no monthly invoicing, no subscription fee, and unused credits are refunded if the agreement ends.
Terms and Conditions
- EU ESPR-compliant Digital Product Passport platform — Tokenisation Engine, Enterprise Dashboard, consumer claim and verification flow, document-based Scout parsing, and stablecoin settlement, anchored to the Universal Goods Protocol.
- Initial product line included — registration of the Axis Socks product line (initial batch of ~45,000 units) as model-level DPPs, delivered as part of onboarding and ready for activation.
- Open protocol, no lock-in — DPPs live on the Universal Goods Protocol and remain accessible, resolvable, and verifiable regardless of payment status or termination (MSA Clause 2.6).
- DPP Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase; unused credits are refunded within 30 days if the agreement ends.
- 20-year DPP availability commitment — every DPP created remains resolvable and verifiable for at least 20 years (SLA Clause 5).
- Rolling term — no fixed term, minimum term, or lock-in. Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice.
- No minimum annual volume or spend — billing is entirely pre-paid and usage-based through the Top-Up Facility.
- Platform fees may vary on at least 30 days' written notice; DPP Credits already purchased are unaffected (MSA Clause 5.4).
- Onboarding Fee is non-refundable upon execution of this Agreement (payment for onboarding work performed).
- Liability cap: Fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
