Today you only pay the $2,500 Onboarding Fee. Subscription is fully opt-in and commences only on written election by you; fees start on the first day of the following calendar month. We'll invoice your chosen cadence (monthly or annual prepay) separately.
Terms and Conditions
- EU ESPR-compliant Digital Product Passport platform — full Tokenisation Engine + Enterprise Dashboard, anchored to the Universal Goods Protocol.
- Phase 1 implementation included — first 45,000 DPPs delivered as part of onboarding, ready for in-store activation on the Axis sock product line.
- Coop POS integration — sales-data feed, claim-link distribution, consumer identity validation handler.
- 12-month minimum commitment commencing on the Effective Date. The Client may not terminate for convenience during the Initial Term.
- Subscription auto-renews for successive 12-month terms unless either party gives 90 days' written notice.
- Onboarding Fee is non-refundable upon execution of this Agreement.
- Liability cap: Fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
