Today you only pay the $1,350 Onboarding Fee. Ongoing DPP creation is entirely self-serve: you purchase pre-paid DPP Credits through the Top-Up Facility (Stripe) at $0.03 per DPP. No monthly invoicing and no monthly subscription fee.
Terms and Conditions
- EU ESPR-compliant Digital Product Passport platform — Tokenisation Engine, Enterprise Dashboard, and consumer claim and verification flow, anchored to the Universal Goods Protocol.
- Initial allocation included — first 45,000 DPPs delivered as part of onboarding for the Axis product line, ready for activation.
- Rate lock — the $0.03 PAYG Rate is fixed for 24 months from the Commencement Date; thereafter increases are capped at 3% per 12-month period on 90 days' notice.
- DPP Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- 20-year DPP availability commitment — every DPP created remains resolvable and verifiable for at least 20 years (SLA Clause 5).
- 24-month Initial Term commencing on the Effective Date. The Client may not terminate for convenience during the Initial Term.
- Agreement auto-renews for successive 12-month terms unless either party gives 90 days' written notice.
- Minimum Annual Volume of 100,000 DPPs per 12-month period to maintain the discounted PAYG Rate (not a take-or-pay commitment — see MSA Clause 5.5).
- Onboarding Fee is non-refundable upon execution of this Agreement.
- Liability cap: Fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
